Although MULTIsensory Minds, LLC is not a public school or school district, we follow FERPA-informed privacy practices when handling student educational records.

  • Allow parents/guardians, and eligible students where applicable, to review records

Our Safe Relationships Division provides educational services, not medical or mental health treatment. In most cases, MULTIsensory Minds, LLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity.

 

However, if a family chooses to share health-related or sensitive personal information with us, we handle it with care and apply reasonable safeguards, consistent with HIPAA privacy principles, when appropriate.
