Throughout this summer, MULTIsensory Minds will offer engaging camps and special learning events designed to strengthen foundational skills while making learning fun and meaningful. These programs provide students with opportunities to build confidence, practice important academic and developmental skills, and experience success in a supportive, multisensory learning environment.

Our upcoming events include Kindergarten Readiness Camp, Fine Motor Skills Dinosaur Camp, and Multiplication Facts Space Camp—each designed to combine structured instruction with hands-on activities that keep students motivated and excited to learn.

for Rising Kindergarteners

Ready, Set, Kindergarten! Camp

Our Ready, Set, Kindergarten! Camp helps young learners build the foundational skills needed for a confident start to kindergarten. Through engaging, hands-on activities, children practice important early learning skills while building confidence, independence, and excitement about starting school.
 

Skills Your Child Will Develop

Early Literacy

  • Letter recognition and formation

  • Listening for sounds in words

  • Rhyming and phonological awareness

  • Vocabulary and story engagement

Early Math

  • Counting and number recognition

  • Number relationships and quantities

  • Sorting, patterns, and shapes

  • Beginning problem-solving

Fine Motor Development

  • Hand strength for writing

  • Pencil grip and pre-writing skills

  • Cutting, coloring, and drawing

Classroom Readiness

  • Following routines and directions

DINO DIG FINE-MOTOR CAMP for Rising Kinders-Rising 1st Graders

Our Dino Dig Fine Motor Camp combines dinosaur-themed exploration with engaging activities designed to strengthen the fine motor skills children need for writing and classroom tasks. Through playful, hands-on learning, students build hand strength, coordination, and control while developing confidence in their early writing abilities.

  • Strengthening the small muscles needed for writing

  • Improving hand control and coordination

Fine Motor Skills

  • Cutting, coloring, and drawing

  • Using classroom tools such as crayons, markers, and glue
